"I was rushed out of the clinic while I felt heavily medicated and cramping. I could barely walk but the nurse told me the doctor said I was getting “too comfortable” because I was resting pretty hard after SURGERY. I wasn’t given any discharge instructions to take home or any medication, pain meds— NOTHING not so much as a piece of paper (I had to ask for it) and was given one non informative piece of paper. Disgusting behavior from so called professionals. When one of the staff members a heavy set lady (a new hire) who was being trained noticed I was having surgery without anesthesia she said “oooo yikes”. Who says that in a professional environment? Is that supposed to make me feel safe? Not to mention the loud music playing while you recover, the staff gossiping and people all up in your personal space. Can you say GHETTO MESS? Anyway I had to wait in the car for an hour so medication could ware off and I could actually drive 45 mins home. Posting under another name for privacy obviously but I promise you this happened!!"

"A decision like this isn’t always easy. But I had genuine care and support from the entire team. Professional yet human interactions with everyone I encountered. And someone to call when I needed it. I will forever be thankful for the environment I was given to go through this phase in life with me. They were there when I needed them. I would recommend this place even if you have to drive an hour to just be able to go here. Thanks for reading and good luck on your journey of life. It all happens for a reason."

"My experience was mentally and physically hard but the staff made me comfortable and did such an amazing job. The environment was very relaxing and non judgmental. I travelled very far to come to this clinic and was terrified but they were so awesome. I was 100% in the right place. They accommodated to my needs and went above and beyond. "I went here around a week after the feds declared COVID a federal emergency and everyone was in a panic and confused about everything. This clinic still did an amazing job, considering we could not have any loved ones come into the office due to COVID. The staff was amazing and the Doctor provides a service that saves lives."

"The Staff and Doctor were excellent! I was able to be seen with 3 hours of calling where other clinics couldn’t get me in for 2 over weeks (which is unacceptable in this line of business)! Everyone in the Bethesda office was friendly and so nurturing during a potentially very difficult time. I would highly recommend and wish I knew about them sooner. They were there for me in a time of extreme need when other places weren’t (and didn’t care) and that means the world in a situation like that. I truly am forever thankful and grateful for them."
