"My front drivers side tire fell off while i was driving after taking it to pep boys for an oil change. They said they rotated my tires when i went to pay it was also on the receipt. I tell them that my tire fell off and wanted them to fix it. They said that they didn’t rotate my tires and they don’t rotate front wheel tires which is concerning because that means they were rotating everyone else’s tires wrong. They said it was not their fault after doing all the work on my car. They tell me they wont fix it and had to wait over 2 weeks to get in contact with the regional manager. Would not recommend going very shady business."

"Great service! We needed 2 trailer tires in a pinch coming home on an 8 hr trip. Called several other tire shops but no 225/75/15 in stock. Pep boys had 2 on hand. William was our service tech who was awesome. He got us in and out and back on the road in no time."
