"During my visit to Baltimore, my car was stolen but fortunately, it was recovered. However, this incident left me with very little time to get my car fixed before heading back home. The staff at the repair shop were excellent in terms of communication and did not pressure me into making any decisions. They offered fair prices and kept me informed throughout the repair process. I was pleased with the quick turnaround time and the overall quality of service. The back door where the window was replaced doesn't open from the inside now but aside from that Dontrell and the crew did a great job."

"This morning a warning light came on indicating low tire pressure for all my tires. I stopped at AutoStream, without an appointment, and asked for help. Someone responded immediately even though most of the staff were at lunch. He checked the tire pressure and filled the tires to the right level -- and made no charge for doing that. Friendly, competent and helpful! Highly recommend using this firm."

"Had a flat tire a few months back, and on that day, the tow truck brought my Jeep to this location. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism. I explained my situation, and understandably, since the flat was last minute, I was told it may not be addressed in the same day due to bigger scheduled jobs ahead of me. However, the explanations were transparent and set expectations, rather than experiencing other places where they don't tell you, keep you guessing, and call back last minute. In short, I was told I was going to get a phone call either way - best case, they could fix the flat same day; normal case, the fix wouldn't be until tomorrow; worst case, the nail was too big to address. Fortunately, I received the call and they managed to fit me in and fix my flat same day. When I arrived, the mechanic even explained the problem, size of nail, and how he was able to still patch the tire. I was also given a list of all the issues they found that could be addressed. They were not pushy at all, but provided me recommendations on what needed to be addressed first. Overall, the whole process was smooth. I'd highly recommend this place for your car repairs and needs."
