"I went in for a consultation for my car and was given an estimate and told I would receive a call when the part came in. I never received a call, because the part was never ordered. I had a total of three calls and was told every time they would order the part and call me when it was ready. The last time I called, I was told that not only had they still not ordered the part (a month after I had first gone in), but that the person who gave me the quote had quoted me wrong. I was told they had meant to call me to tell me, but never did. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the service and care provided."

Not knowing the area, I called many places in Baltimore for help. Dee made me comfortable and confident the work would be done well. Both Dee and Trey, stayed when they could have been closing on the Saturday to ensure my car was taken care of. The work was done correctly and efficiently."
