"Employee NEVER washes her hands. I cannot speak to the services provided because I have never used them. I just work in this building on the same floor, and for the last 3 years the lady in the scrubs with dark shoulder length layered hair will flush, come out of the bathroom stall and walk right out and back into the acupuncture office without washing her hands at all. It's disgusting. And like I said, she does not care. She will look you right in the face and walk out without touching the sink. It's not just when she thinks no one is looking."
