“I went in yesterday afternoon and asked for a gait analysis as I have lost my orthotics and have been experiencing pain, the gentleman who dealt with me was absolutely fantastic, listened to everything I needed and chose footwear based on my needs and the analysis, unfortunately they didn't have the correct colour that I could wear for work in stock so he checked stocks across stores for me and let me take a photo of his computer screen so I could source the right pair online which I did actually manage to do last night. I was given several pairs and sizes to try after discussing previous running shoes and what I currently wear. I am disappointed that I didn't get to purchase in store because he was very attentive and knowledgeable , without pushing anything on me or forcing any kind of sale. I will certainly be back!”

“Visited on the 7/1/23 and found the perfect pair of Levi jeans at an amazing discounted price when going to Pay for them wouldn’t accept the code at the till. Had to leave my phone number with them and they said they would ring me if they could get the code being totally honest I wasn’t holding my breath expecting a call back from them, but true to their word they rang me 10 days later to say that they had got the code and do I still want them at a further discounted price! Could not believe what brilliant customer service that was from them hence why this is only one of a few reviews I have ever done and to be honest 5 Stars doesn't do justice to how happy I am. Kat at AXP at the Lowry is unique and I truly hope AXP appreciate what they have in her. I have a wedding shortly and not being a girly girl I was putting it off and putting it off buying an outfit. I'd been to all the big retail parks, Trafford centre, cheshire oaks etc. I walked into AXP and right away Kat acknowledged me and asked if I needed anything. I explained my needs and for an hour and half Kat gave me a real shop assistants service. She looked me up and down advised me what would be best on me, picked a whole load of dresses and let me try them on and gave me a good honest opinion on everything. I was given accessories to try, shoes, jewellery and bags. I felt like I'd been transported back in time when true shop assistants gave you real genuine service. All of the high street and designer shops I'd previously been to made me feel uncomfortable, uneasy, embarrassed and I left all of them without anything. Kat was super, made me feel feminine, beautiful and found me 2 outfits that made me feel the part for my step sons wedding. She is instrumental to AXP and I'd definitely recommend her to any woman who like me feels they need some direction when choosing that special outfit. I came away with two dresses, bag, accessories and feeling like a woman.”
