"So just so everyone is aware I placed this order 9th January and paid for next day delivery, then I had to chase you up for my order on the 12th of which they told me on the 14th January 5 working days to issue a refund and that you would get back to me. Now 10 days on (after chasing them again) they have now told me in another 2-5 days for me to get my money back. Highy disappointed with the whole experience offspring have put me thru. Makes me not want to shop with them again at all and I don't think I will unless something more is done to be honest. I regularly did order exclusive footwear from offspring but from now I will make sure I don't use them and find other means. I hope this message gets to the complaint department/management NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!"
