“We had a fabulous party this weekend at T50. Arranging the party was very easy and completed with just a couple of emails. The party was run by three members of staff who were extremely professional and made sure the children were all having a fabulous time. The food that was part of the package was plentiful and the children all enjoyed. My daughter and all her friends had a great time start to finish. We will be booking again for the little sisters birthday for sure Thank you T50”

“I popped in today to try and get a new end for my walking stick as I lost mine walking to work today. The staff could not have been more helpful and even hough they had none to sell, they provided me with one from a full stick to use till I got home to make sure I could get home OK. They were just so kind and above and beyond. Total stars. I will be taking back a brand new replacement for them from my supply at home tomorrow, but a massive thank you to them all. Well done Trespass for hiring such amazing staff.”

“The lads were great. I took my car down as advised by the AA. The advise I got from the manager was straight to the point as their diagnostic system was unable to narrow down the fault code. I have since managed to get my car booked into the garage I use and hopefully will be able to get this fault fixed.”

“Stayed here for one night as a solo traveler. Had to book last minute, as a previous letting agent cancelled. I was sent check-in instructions promptly and had no issues checking in myself (there is no reception desk but they send you very clear instructions on how to self-checkin). The room was spotless clean (kudos to the cleaning and maintenance team). Everything you could possibly need was available inside, from tea/coffee, microwave/oven, fridge, basic cutlery, etc. There was TV and free wifi too. Would definitely stay again in the future.”

Staff are excellent with my baby; caring and attentive and always keep me up to date throughout the day, which is so reassuring. So much thought has gone into the design of the nursery, the rooms are beautiful; modern, clean, cosy and the outdoor&indoor garden are a great feature. I feel really lucky to have found such a perfect homely nursery for my son.”

Rachael and Megan are fabulous, the updates we receive each day are very thorough. We look through the window when we collect Ethan and he is constantly laughing. The ladies here are highly recommended. 5 * to all the ladies in the baby room.”
