"The nursery had Covid cases the first day after we sent our child. Besides emailing us not to attend the nursery, they didn't reply any other emails which we wrote to them until we terminated the contract. And then, still no reply on other questions. Lack of communication and how they deal with crisis were not professional and not reacting fast enough. Judging from how they deal with the crisis and the communication with the parents, I would think twice for having the kids to stay there."

"Ethan has recently joined the nursery after an awful experience at another nursery. Claire the manager had been amazing and the settling in period has been great. Rachael and Megan are fabulous, the updates we receive each day are very thorough. We look through the window when we collect Ethan and he is constantly laughing. The ladies here are highly recommended. 5 * to all the ladies in the baby room."
