“The staff at this busy airport cafe is probably the nicest and friendliest I have ever come across while travelling. They will literally crack a joke with every customer, which is appreciated considering travelling can be super stressful. I will definitely come back on my next journey”

“The food was absolutely incredible Jamie made the gammon to perfection. It tasted incredible. The waiter Elaine couldn’t do enough for us, grabbing our refillable drinks and even offering us stuff in replacement of sides we didn’t like. The service was very fast and the food arrived perfect. One of the best harvester experiences I’ve had. Would definitely visit again when coming to Manchester.”

“I go to the matchstick quite often all the staff are great can't do enough for you make you feel welcome it's definitely a good place to have a laugh some nice food at affordable prices. You want some grub an few pints it's great they got multiple televisions for the football and you can really relax!”

“I went I on Thursday for the quiz other than starting late I had a really good night. the food was amazing really would recommend to any one looking for a quiz night. lots of promotions to keep the place packed and full of a friendly atmosphere. the staff were nothing but helpful and there customer service from lou and Katie was impeccable Will definitely be returning!!”

“Lovely place to stop off for a drink. Had a lovely walk through Worsley woods with the dog and stopped off for a pint. The dog was offered the doggy menu and chose ice cream. Extremely friendly staff and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Doggy friendly too!”

“I was greeted by Beth, she was on front of house/ bar lovely very polite and welcoming. When I went over to get a carvery, I was met by Kyle and Ellis who apologised as they were in the back restocking the veg! “The bruschetta starter is very tasty. Surprised that it is only one piece but we split it in half to share between two of us. The mushroom tagliatelle pasta is exquisite, very creamy and filling. The tiramisu is very light. Again, a bigger portion was expected but it is still very nice. A great place to visit if you’re looking for some good quality food and nice service. Portion sizes are on the small side.”

“I can safely say that I just had the best steak I have ever tried (and I have tried many, including the famous Nusret!). And the triple cooked chips OH MY GOD! The staff were very friendly and went over and beyond to make us happy. We also treated ourselves to a pancake which was absolutely delicious! It's a shame there is no clear signage outside so I had to call them to get directions. In case you also have trouble finding it, it's located on the grounds of Trafford Hall Hotel (a very nice hotel I must say).”

“I always get asian style from century city. S12 or s10. When Mai left the food went slightly downhill. Now that she is back the food tastes exactly how I like it. Their secret recipe is something else. Its addictive. They are a 5* with Mai as head chef.”

“Needed to find somewhere to drink before a meal. Saw a small sign outside that said £4 Pilsner Urquell from a Beer Tank and 2-4-1 cocktails until 8pm (including Saturdays!), So we were intruiged to say the least. Went down the stairs and the cocktails on offer were really and surprisingly great. Great aesthetics in the venue too, seemed like it had good potential for an evening DJ set too, but we didn't stay long enough to find out. Very surprised this place isn't bustling on a Saturday, definitely worth checking out if you find yourself in the Northern Quarter.”

“Cosy local pub. Good choice of beers, wine, and soft drinks. Now serving food and snaks. Friendly staff. There's a covered smoking area at the rear. Free pool, and special offers on food every day. There is a seating area at the front for those sunny days. Recently been re -furbrished. A nice friendly atmosphere.”

“We booked in for my dads birthday after coming a few weeks ago. The manager was so good and he told us we could have the private dining area. The evening was brilliant. Food great and the service was exceptional. Felt so looked after. Thank you so much to all the team and the chefs. We look forward to coming back. Again the manager was brilliant. So good with the kids and also remembered us from Last time so having some good banter.”
