They do gait analysis for free and spend so much time making sure you leave with the perfect pair. I have had my New Balance for about 3 months and they have stopped my knee pain. “Great response from the Stockport Primark team regarding the access to the lift buttons. The buttons weren’t accessible on both levels to my daughter from her wheelchair. The On-Duty Manager actively listened to my observation and agreed it was an overlooked concern for wheelchair users. I noted shortly afterwards the area around the buttons on both levels were clear and my daughter could access the buttons independently. These small details really make a difference to people who strive to be independent despite their various mobility challenges. It’s a Well Done from me and many thanks to the Primark Team.”
