"Bought a pair of shoes lasted 2 months before the glue from the sole failed and came apart, at the same time I bought a pair of children's school shoes which lasted 6 weeks before the same thing happened. Awful quality, and value for money, will not be going back. This happened with a pair of shoes last year wouldn't accept a refund so not going to bother this time just save my money and shop elsewhere."

"I have brought a pair of fancy slippers from Winsors by which I haven’t tried putting on when I purchased because I’ve been using UK size 5 for ages.However it was so painful after I wore it the first day after I brought it to my son’s school that is just five minutes away from my home.Hence I’ve gone to Winsors to change it to a size bigger.The lady in the till was so disrespectful and told me the sole of the slipper has marks on it which shouldn’t be happening if needed to be returned.I said I am usually on size 5 but only this slipper seems so tight and I can only know if I wore it,that too just once not a lot(very next day of purchase only)Her facial expressions were so so so rude and she rolled her eyes on me for nothing.I was not asking a favour I have paid for the service I asked for.And finally she spoke to the manager I thinks,a gentleman with Blazers on and he happily returned and gave me the new size one.I don’t understand why she is working there if she doesn’t know the rules or don’t know how to behave.It wont cost a penny to be kind.I am so sad that the whole team is going to get this blame only because of one person however all other staffs were so lovely and helpful."
