Yes, it takes a while to get your prescriptions done, but I don't think people realise that there are very strict procedures to follow when filling out the prescriptions, you can't just grab the meds and throw them in a bag. Also, if the "horrible" woman is who I think it is from the description, then I have to disagree, she is a lovely lady who knows the regulars and always has time for them. She is extremely competent at her job and will go out of her way to help you with your meds and any questions you have about them or any products in the shop.”
