"Poor customer service, waited for a long time. Meanwhile a women in a pink headscarf behind the counter continued to assist another customers knowing I had been waiting before them. It actually took me to say something for her to acknowledge me. She said “ oh this is the queue” after assisting a customer who was stood next to the first till. ( what queue I thought ? Where’s your sign to say second till only ? ) This complaint isn’t about the long waits. Absolutely disgusting customer service. She wasn’t even apologetic! Maybe have more of a welcoming attitude towards customers would definitely help and taking ownership off their mistakes instead of having excuses."

"Absolute joke as the doctors next door, thackers had my pescription for blood pressure meds the day before and went to collect day after and the pescription is not ready, has about 6 plus people working in there and about another two on the till and waiting for a pescription that was issued a day before what a JOKE!!!!"
