"Avoid All I said was I should have gone elsewhere. Told that I have the choice to go elsewhere That I shouldn't be bad mouthing the shop to his customers That I didn't even have a prescription with them I asked why he was raising his voice at me he just continued to be rude disrespectful After explaining that I was misinformed with how long the wait time was and the issue I have is not with the wait time but rather being told wrong times he continued to tell me to go elsewhere. I had to put up with the barrage of abuse because I needed my insulin before my flight away. Finally he came to his senses and told me half an hour which was all I wanted. He then proceeded to speak with the staff right in front of me asking whether I was lying or not. 30 minutes passed and there were 3 other people who had complained about being told wrong information. I started to cry with the anxiety it caused. He then instead of picking fault with the other people decided to try to justify his actions. At this point I apologised and told him I understood. He then continued to lecture me, I explained I have autism and I find social interaction difficult He continued to be rude to the point I started to melt down. I explained that he was rude, disrespectful and I accused him of personally attacking me which he then turned it round to say i was attacking him. He then refused to talk to me and I had to leave without insulin. All this could have been avoided if I had have just been told the right information. The pharmacist Is a bully, he was rude to me, his staff. And the pharmacy was in chaos. People had been waiting 2 hours for prescriptions that were supposed to be ready Tuesday. Awful service, not a good place for vulnerable adults."

"1 star is far too many to be giving this shambles of a pharmacy. Never answer the phone, never greet you when you enter, always have to wait for someone to pop the head round the corner by that time half of wythenshawe are in, they struggle to find prescriptions and orders. Always have staff but noone to answer any queries or the phone! No common sense, no customer service/relationship. An absolute joke of a pharmacy."
