Unfortunately last week she went for her final sleep the staff couldn't have been any better gave us all the time we needed with her both before and after the care and attention to both our little girl and ourselves will not be forgotten. “I honestly can’t recommend these vets enough. My dog is already registered here & I have nothing but an amazing experience every time they have dealt with my dog. I have so much trust & faith in them. Today they helped me with an injured wild rabbit, the receptionists / vet nurses were so lovely, kind and helpful to me and the rabbit. “My two cats just spent a week at the cats whiskers. They hadn't stayed in a cattery before so we were very anxious about it. The staff were really understanding and kind putting us at ease. The cattery is really warm and clean. All the cats in there all look really relaxed and happy. My two have come back happy and healthy, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone who is nervous about putting their cats in a cattery.”

“Samson and Nala spent 5 months with Helen and Jan, we initially thought it would only be a few weeks until we bought our house. It was an emotional time being separated from our fur babies, Helen and Jan cared for us as well as our cats, we visited often and always had a cup of tea and a chat. The rooms are amazing with lots of toys to keep them stimulated, they changed rooms for a change of scenery, Samson has a history of having a sensitive stomach and was fed top quality food, their emotional needs were met with lots of daily cuddles, we were kept updated and any problems Helen would let us know. Helen and Jan have a genuine passion for cats, we were so happy with their care. The day we picked them up was emotional for all, Samson and Nala are now settled in our new house and we will always be so grateful for the love and care of our fur babies.
