“Upon arrival we were greeted by two lady’s who made me feel very welcome and valued, we were offered drinks and taken to the table where James met us along with Tatiana, they were very professional but had the perfect balance in engagement with ourselves which is what I look for, although we are ultimately there to buy a watch it’s also important to build a friendship and be able to speak about things other than the sale and we did this excellently.
