Old Trafford Stadium Hotel

"Worst hotel ever!! Do not stay here. Smelt of drugs and was a smoked joint on the floor in my room, no hot water so couldn’t have a shower, the toilet leaked all over the floor when I flushed it. Dirty, damp and actually felt scared in this place!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! AVOID"

"If I could give a zero I would! AVOID Tiny room for a family of 3, filthy dirty, quarter of a toilet roll, no towels, used tea spoons, holes in floors and ceiling, hairs in both beds and all over shower. After paying £200 this was disgusting. Got locked out and lack of signal and WiFi meant unable to contact anyone. Didn’t stay and drove 3 hours home to be told no refund given as didn’t let them put it right (with no signal/WiFi and no staff on-site) pictures are false absolute awful experience."

"Avoid this dump at all costs. Absolutely filthy and holes in shower floors. Walls destroyed with spilled drinks. Very strong smell in building , no refund policy so lost €365 the night before a match and had to find other accommodation. An expensive lesson, pictures are completely false on website. No dealing with management."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I booked this hotel during a vacation with my family. Rooms did not provide us with any towels, toilet essentials, and clean water to drink. Hotel did not have any single member to provide support with our needs. We called the management and they told us to walk to Tescos and buy towels for ourselves as they had no staff. The guy was so rude to me on the call. He said "We will give you the refund, it is not very fair to us but we are doing it to avoid bad review". WHAT IN THE WORLD??? That's only the half of the story. I had to chase other people from the management to ask my refund. I was talking to a lady named Jesse who kept me on a cliff hanger with her replies for a month but I never received my refund. Then she asked me to talk to other manager from the team. I told her that I am not comfortable talking to any men after how the first guy was rude to me but she did not take that into account and insisted me to talk to other manager. However, I did not talk to him because I was fuming and I just said that I do not need my refund and that my review will do the work. I would not recommend anyone to spend their holidays here. Terrible management and very rude staff. Horrible hotel of my entire life. Hope this helps."
