Elaf Lebanese restaurant
● Open“Date of visit: December 2021 Came here for birthday celebrations I had the chicken kebab which was delicious and tender. The kebabs don't come with salad or carb sides so need to order separately. It's bring your own alcohol. Not perfectly wheelchair accessible but managed to get a space onto the table without much fuss over the step. Staff were lovely. Nice decor. Book in advance at busy times.”

Just wished our plans gave us the opportunity to enjoy the premises for longer. Would definitely recommend opting in for the breakfast, fantastic value for money and the owner was very keen to cater for personal or dietary needs. Very welcoming.”

Cafe on the Corner
● Open“Three of us called in this cafe for our lunch . We sat at a table upstairs and were served quite quickly . The chargrilled chicken was really nice and you got plenty of it with rice and side salad Also I had a cheese, ham and onion panini which came with chips . We ordered Halloumi fries between us ( they were little oblong pieces of Halloumi rather than fries shape ) which was a nice change and were lovely . I would say the only thing to improve the service is to not clear the table before everyone has finished eating and also ask if finished before just taking the plates . I would go again and recommend this place .”

Unico Lounge
● Open“We dropped by here for lunch arriving at 12 noon. Already this venue was popular but had plenty of seating to accommodate everyone. There were plenty of staff who were friendly knowledgable and created a good atmosphere. A real highlight from the kitchen was the Gluten Free Menu. It was extensive and included a gluten free version of the majority of the main menu. In addition to the GF menu there was a vegan menu and they also catered for those avoiding specific allergens. An excellent GF beer was also available. It was a real pleasure to eat & drink here and we will be visiting again soon.”

The Unicorn - JD Wetherspoon
● Open“Nice wetherspoons pub in the middle of Altrincham. We had food and drinks but they messed up the order so only 3 of the 4 meals arrived together. They didn't charge us for the 4th and put it top of the list. It's cheap, simple and tasty fair. It's nicely decorated and was popular when we visited on bank holiday Monday afternoon.”
