"As a little bit of a foodie, I love good food. My philosophy is if I can do it better myself... I will. In this case, I unfortunately cannot. This is a consistently great Chinese my reference point being every other Chinese within 15 miles of my home. Everytime I call for delivery or collection I'm delighted by the exceptionally friendly service on the phone. This has become such a regularity for me that I no longer have to give my address. My repeat business of the past years has warranted my ability to say that its constant in quality and accuracy. Amazingly, never has an error on my order been made, even with the fact I have ammendments to the presets. Thank you for years service."

"Never been so disgusted with customer service until I came here. Demanding her way into my house after my friends and I complained about hair in our food. She called us liars, she said we had planted them there (if we were going to do that I would have atleast asked for money back). After this incident, we rang the company to talk to them about what had happened, however all they were doing is talking to one another and not talking to us on the phone. First time coming here. It is certainly the last."

"Rang about having a hair in my food, the women then asked to come and see the food, in which I agreed to. She turned up and tried to come through the door so I said no she then demanded to come in the house, which I told her no I brought the food to the door and she called us liars. Which I would never do because I actually liked there food. Wouldn't mind she even admitted to having someone find hair in the food before. Then rang the shop to complain about the women who came about the way she spoke to me and how she demanded to come in the house. All I got for 10 mins was people shouting on the other end of the phone in Chinese ignoring the fact I was on the phone. So over all horrendous customer service and some extremely rude staff."
