"Was around the area, not local to my regular Turkish Cafe - Mediterranean in Whaley Range and thought I’d give this place a go. So disappointing, completely lacks authenticity. Witnessed my hummus being taken from a fresh tub of supermarket hummus. Along with my pesto from the jar. All these things are ok, as long as the price reflects and there’s a little bit of love going into the preparation which there was a complete lack of. A member of staff came in from outside and immediately began preparing food, which turned my stomach. I wasn’t asked if I wanted salt on chips or any sauce. - those little added extras go a long way when it comes to hospitality. My local cafes are much better, I think it’s time this cafe did some market research and rethought their approach to the Turkish cuisine that they offering. Won’t be returning."
