Sarah was lovely to Eddie and myself, there was no judgement whatsoever, just lovely and understanding and professional, sincere advice. Reception staff are so lovely and welcoming and couldn't help but notice the amount of knowledge and experience they have when talking to me and other visitors to the practice. “I have used Thompson brothers for over 8 years now. Great company to deal with. Lyn is so helpful and professional. They dealt directly with the insurance company after my home was burgled to ensure my claim was settled in full. I am in no doubt that if I had insured on line/direct I would have not been paid out in full for my claim as I would have had no one to champion on my behalf.
