"I have changed from this pharmacy, as they don't notify you when your prescription is ready for collection (as I normally get notification from my doctors when it has gone to them). When I have been to collect, they can't find it and keep you waiting. Normally have to go back, when I know they have had it for over 2/5 weeks. Staff are aggressive, no emphaty and disorganised, absolute sgamnkes"
