It can be challenging, we’re working with the most complex young people in the country, but seeing their progress and the difference placement makes to them is so rewarding. The team at Willow are a great bunch of people, so supportive and always up for a laugh too! The model of care is something you won’t find anywhere else and that’s what I love about it, it’s innovative and bold and it really works well. Would recommend working here if you really want to make a positive difference in the lives of young people!”

“I've not been a fan of dentists for many years, however, the dentist Babis has single-handedly changed this view. He's absolutely brilliant. Incredibly calming, keeps you informed of progress (IF you want to know what is going on). Highly professional, and a prime example of a person who is without any doubt doing the job that he was born to do. Just had 2 teeth extracted, without even any discomfort never mind pain. The whole job was done really fast (But without any sense of rushing). Absolutely brilliant. Only giving 5 stars because I can't give six. Many thanks!!”

“Enjoy some Indian and Persian food at Ivory IndoPersian Hidden away on the edge of Stockport, Ivory IndoPersian provides a mixture of Indian and Persian food. Each type of cuisine has its own chef, so make sure you order off the menu that you prefer - don’t expect your asian spices on the Persian dishes. It was really busy when we visited, and at full capacity it may feel a little cramped. Don’t let that deter you from trying it out though. The Indian dishes were; \Pani Puri [£3.50] - This was spicy and yummy, with mashed potatoes inside. The tamarind sauce was really tasty \Ivory Indian Special [For 2 £30.00] - Big, juicy, crunchy prawns just the way we like it and with a proper tandoori taste. The meaty lamb chops were done exactly how you want it \Achari [£12.90] - This was such a good recommendation from one of the owners. Sweet yet spicy and filled with a mixture of spices - such a good lamb curry The Persian dishes were; \Mix Mezze [£7.50] - Included the cucumber yoghurt, a mixed salad, hummus and yoghurt. The cucumber yoghurt was refreshing, the yoghurt tasted like plain, greek yoghurt - think it was meant to be garlic and shallots but this didn’t come through. The indian naan bread that came with it was nice, but a Persian flatter bread would have been better \Ivory Persian Special [For 2 £37.00] - Same as the indian special, the lamb chops were pure meat! The chicken was juicy, the flat kebab a little dry and the other kobedas cooked nicely \Zereshk Polow & Chicken [£12.90] - A sweet taste, quite like rose and saffron providing that unusuality. A simple, unique dish that was really nice The sweetness for the end consisted of the list below. We were so full by this point that they gave us little tasters so we could see what they were like; \Gulab Jamun [£5] - Pure yum but imagine with a bit of ice cream, this would have been heavenly. The cardamom wasn’t overpowering at all, which was nice L\emon Cheesecake [£5.60] - A tangy, refreshing hit \Baklava [£7] - Pure sweet, syrupy baklava We’ll be back to try some more of the Persian goodies Recommended for: Curries, Indian, Persian Service: High Price: ££ Halal: Full Menu”

“Lovely pub/restaurant. Very friendly staff and the food is fab. The crispy duck salad was especially tasty! We had lunch out in the garden - beautiful setting overlooking the river. So peaceful and picturesque.”

“I'm very pleased we have Redrock on our doorstep. It's a very modern building, not to my taste (I like ancient Victorian architecture) but it offers some good stuff from a gym to restaurants, a cinema, bowling, darts and an arcade. It does Stockport a favour in the otherwise deteriorating centre of the town. Hopefully a sign of things to come. I hope it does well and all the businesses there stay open...”

“Had my son Cameron’s 8th birthday party today at Stockport Nerf Centre and EVERYONE absolutely loved it The guys running the place are very professional but know how to have fun Myself and another Dad were lucky enough to get involved albeit a tad reluctant at first but then my inner kid took over and I was in the zone. Thank you to all the guys running the place that made my sons birthday very special. This is a must for boys or girls of all ages as it’s just so much fun. Cheers John McQuillan”

“We were very satisfied with Zizzi. Everything was very tasty, fresh and super quick. We did not wait long to get our order on our table. Staff were polite and willing to help you. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very good, it is very well decorated and you can actually see the kitchen and the pizza oven! It is a bit pricey for the portions you get but you get compensated by the quality of the food. Definitely worth it.”

I bought a crank shaft sensor for my sons vauxhall corsa it went faulty they swapped it for another with out any problems .. “This shop/store is amazing ,, and super pet friendly .. I went here today after being “turfed out” of Dunelm with a 12 week old Dalmatian puppy,,,, I understand stores have policies but Dunelm need to move with the times it’s 2023.. Sofology have dog bowls upon entry, the staff are super friendly particularly Paris and the other lady I think her name is Amanda,, super helpful , super smiley and an asset to the company… I haven’t been in this store before but would highly recommend it,,, furniture is stunning, modern and very reasonably priced…..loved it Staff are super friendly .., would highly recommend”

“We've done Hannah's Bloom classes both at Gatley and Cheadle Heath. The classes are entertaining and support little ones' development but Hannah really is the star of the show. My daughter is captivated by her, and she knows all the babies by name. She creates a welcoming and safe atmosphere and after a tricky start with numerous health problems, she helped make my first venture out of the house with my baby a really positive one. I go back to work soon and I'm gutted that I will miss our weekly classes.”
