“Went in because I was sick of my overgrown hair that was refusing to be tamed. I asked for a 2 on the sides and a 5 on the top. The owner said to me "Fiiiive????" and I said yes, and then he questioned me again before telling me that in his opinion that was too short and that a scissor cut would look better. I went with his suggestion, but I'm sure if I had said I wanted it, he would have done it. I have always asked hairdressers for their opinion on my hair but they never want to give it, so I appreciated this. The attention to detail is great - guy clearly knows his hair too. Decent prices (£10).”

“Let's be honest - this is a Pharmacy not a Clinic in any way shape or form. Consultations are thorough, conducted what appeared to also serve as a small stock room, though they are private. The pharmacist was very keen to give advice and very pleasant. My appointment was at short notice and they had the innoculations I required at a reasonable cost. All in all a good visit.”

“Been with zero gravity since it's been open just over a year ago. I had never done anything like it before but it was the best decision I have ever made. The pole instructors are absolutely lovely and push you to your limits in a supportive way. I'm in a mixed ability class and despite us all being at different levels we always get a move to suit our ability. Joining made me more confident in my own strength and body as there is such a wide mix of ages and sizes. Would highly recommended this place to anyone who wants to take up pole fitness or just wants to try something new and different.”

“Martin has done a truly remarkable job of repairing and servicing my 20 year old plus Technics turntable SL-BD22D. The tone arm was stuck in the up position and the cue switch was unresponsive. As part of the repair and service Martin also discovered that there was an issue with the speed that the turntable was revolving and that it couldn't be set exactly. Fortunately, Martin had the part that was needed to fix this (they are now unavailable), he bought ten 20 years ago and now has six remaining. This is a man that is prepared.
