Excellent service, the staff were great and the house looked exceptional… even my teenage step daughter walked in the house and commented on how great it looked (and she never takes notice of anything!) I was really impressed with the extra care and details which were taken during the clean; the cushions on the sofa were arranged nicely, the toilet paper corners folded, kids clothes folded on their beds- just fantastic! “This was our first escape room experience. We loved it!! The whole set-up was very well run from the briefing video at the start to the photo and lovely hot chocolate at the end. The staff were great. We did Merlin's Magic Academy and it was just at our level (Us two plus our 15 and 10 year old sons) ...we almost made it out within the hour :) Plenty of help during the challenge if required but it flows very well. Looking forward to returning and doing another room soon.”

“Went for an early gender scan as we were disappointed with the 12week NHS scan that we received. Staff were lovely and accommodating. We never felt rushed. Baby was laid in an awkward position. We were asked to go for a walk and come back and try again. The sonographer explained details of our baby to us and also to my stepson to help him feel involved in the process. Amazing experience. Cannot recommend enough”

“I found the phone manner of the receptionist to be briiant when I first rang up to sign my pet up and to book an appointment. Then the greeting and help when I arrived was great. The vet I saw Jack was absolutely fantastic I felt like he genuinely cared, he was very good at what he does. His knowledge and explanation of the situation with regards to my cat phoebe and her skin issue was very good. The nurse that joined us to help him handle phoebe was also lovely and she chatted to my 2 year old daughter while she helped to handle phoebe. Over all very impressed!”

“Helpful staff, seemed to be mostly regulars and tradesmen, some so regular they were simply told to pick out what they needed, due to the queue of people. Looks like solid business relationships, most people were ordering huge lists of things. The staff still took the time to help on a potentially small order. They are also happy to fetch stock items for you to inspect prior to buying. Free parking as well.”
