The Food Warehouse by Iceland
“Very extensive range of both well branded and high quality own label products at very competitive prices. You just cannot beat Iceland for value and the extensive range of products stocked. Iceland is the original frozen food specialist, started back in the 1970's and one famous gentleman , who I understand used to turn up at any of his 400 stores randomly in his helicopter with a suitcase full of cash to give to the staff as a thank you for all their hard work ! . Most just send you a thank you at Christmas and a card if you're lucky ! .”
The Organic Food Store
“Just visited for the first time after it was recommended to me. I came away with a selection of amazing new things to try. The lady that served us couldn’t have been anymore helpful & polite, being a new vegan it can be quite daunting but the help & advice we received was great. The selection of fresh food is amazing. You won’t find food like this in most supermarkets. We will definitely be regular customers.”

Co-op Food - Offerton

Co-op Food - Timperley
“Very handy store with convenient parking, not always the cheapest but is very ethical so you cant complain. Never had an issue with any product from Co-op and are usually of the slightly higher quality and that is why the prices can be slightly more as you pay for quality. Timperley co-op is well maintained and the staff are always pretty chatty and polite and the store is well stocked.”

“Good stock and variety of groceries, long opening hours are very convenient”
Manchester Time
“Exceptional food, cannot believe some people rank it down, because they don't like veg. They have two menus one for European clientele, your usual Chinese but very tasty and equally tasty Chinese menu for adventurous tastes.”
Premier Inn Manchester (Heaton Park) hotel
“Stayed here solo while on a two-day break, was fairly priced and also easy to get to and from the city centre on the tram. Also love the location right next to Heaton Park, started off one of my mornings with a walk around it. The room itself, like the hotel, wasn't exactly modern but it was still very comfortable and spacious so can't ask for much more! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked myself in for breakfast on my last morning, which was tasty. Really enjoyed my stay here, look forward to the next one!”
Co-op Food - Palatine Road - Northenden
“The staff always go out of their way to help and make sure you get everything you need. The shop is always clean and there is always a member of staff stacking the shelves whenever you go in.”
Co-op Food - Barton Road

Co-op Food - Simmondley
“A local Co-Op store, but always well stocked, clean and the staff are amazing. There's freshly baked bread, fresh fruit and veg, a good stock of cooked and uncooked fresh and frozen produce. Regular offers for loads of items including alcohol, snacks and more nutritious goods. As best as possible, the one-way system works. There's a hand gell and cart sanitisation station too. For a local store, it's great!”
Co-op Food - Ancoats - Blossom Street
“Great store. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Loving the discounts, and the way the are enforcing social distancing is really good. Would be nice if you got some cheese sandwiches in, I love 'em! P.S The blonde girl with the glasses who works there is really fit!”
Co-op Food - Withington - Copson Street
“This is a good size small market, it's clean and easy to get around. There's all your usual products on sale, tinned stuff, chilled and frozen, fresh fruit and vegetables and a tabacconist and drinks stall. The staff seem friendly enough. It's a bit expensive though but it's handy and on the main street surrounded by other shops and restaurants.”
