"Very extensive range of both well branded and high quality own label products at very competitive prices. You just cannot beat Iceland for value and the extensive range of products stocked. Iceland is the original frozen food specialist, started back in the 1970's and one famous gentleman , who I understand used to turn up at any of his 400 stores randomly in his helicopter with a suitcase full of cash to give to the staff as a thank you for all their hard work ! . Most just send you a thank you at Christmas and a card if you're lucky ! ."

"Very good deals and great prices. There is a good variety and I do all of my weekly shops here. However, the reason I don't give it 5* is because of the store manager (Lee) who is very stuck up and rude. He is completely ignorant, I'm certain his attitude towards the customer is heavily dependent on the colour of their skin! Besides this idiot, the other staff are always polite and courteous."
