"Would rate 0/5 if I could. Absolutely appalling service from the staff. Was rudely spoken to & then threatened to not be served at all. The assisting manager was quite frankly the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. I’d 100% recommend any other shop just to avoid these kinds of confrontations & suggest the coop invest in some proper training sessions to teach members of staff how to interact with customers."
"I was waiting to use the self-service checkout because I didn't think the woman at the till was serving people (as the majority of customers use self service). I then look over to see her staring at me and exclaiming 'Hello?' very patronisingly. She then proceeded to laugh me out of the store with another of her colleaugues. Very humiliating experience."
"Would you like covid with that? Staff don't wear masks and come within 2 metres of even as you try to avoid them. Avoid this place if you want to protect the NHS. Very unlike coop stores in general. Walk a few extra metres and go to the one on high Street, much better run and better consideration for staff and customers."
