"Terrible customer service from the store manager Darren. He falsely accused my wife of being a shoplifter because she was using her own Le Creuset shopping bag to gather her shopping whilst in the store. The fact is that the store is filthy and the baskets are never cleaned or have the handles wiped, so using the baskets provided is potentially a health hazard. Darren even made up a new Law, he said it was actually illegal to use your own shopping bag - get your facts straight before accusing people. My family and I have used the store for over 12 years and are Co-op card holders, I can guarantee that we will never set foot in there again."
"Been going to this supermarket for a few weeks now.. Poorly run and poorly stocked. Outrageous prices to boot. Needs a good shakeup..until that happens I won't be using them again.."

"An evil staff member in this place afflicted me so strongly that even now, two years later, I still feel like I’m in Hell as a direct result. When I politely said goodbye to them just before leaving the store, they said, ‘Did you say something? Just keep walking, okay?’ Presumably, they thought that just because they were older than me, they had suffered more than I have, that they were better than me and that they could address me however they pleased. I hate them as much as very few others. They were one of the most evil people I’ve ever met, and they need firing as soon as possible. Very poor show. Hatefully bad service."
