I'm still missing my Little Waitrose, but happy to have found somewhere else nice to shop (eventually). “What a fabulous experience. I went food shopping last night and it honestly looked like there had been a war. Half of the things I needed they had sold out of, people had scattered food all over the shelves so it was all untidy. I went back at 6am. All the shelves beautifully stacked, got everything I needed in 10 minutes. There was even a member of staff hoovering the carpets at the entrances. Your staff are a credit to you and the store looked fabulous this morning.”

Amy will stop & offer her help, especially on Monday 6th Feb while collecting a parcel at Customer Services, i commented to Amy & the other lady " i couldn't believe there was no eggs left on the shelf" Amy told me to wait at Customer Services & off she went and came back with some eggs for me, very helpful.”

I was messed around with them for almost a week and because I got my warranty from argos I went in store and spoke to a lady who I believe is called Paige, she handled everything for me and spent over half an hour on the phone to them ensuring I had everything sorted. There is access for disabled visitors, prams and buggies. The staff here are very helpful and polite. There are meals for one and for families too.
