"We enjoy shopping here. The aisles are wide so you can shop with no pressure, staff are very helpful. And enough tills open so you don't have to wait long to be served."

"Five star for parking facility, its free but you have to pay 1£ first and once you do 5£ worth of shopping you can get the 1£ return in exchange you get 2 hours parking which is great, or else 1£ for 2 hours parking which is also good. Quite a good size Asda good customer support and everything is available as you expect."

"This Asda is awfully laid out, especially to non drivers. You have to walk through a busy car park to reach the store entrance as the main escalators are unreliable and usually out of service, same goes for the lifts. By far the worst part is the cafe. There are not enough staff and plates, cutlery and rubbish are piled up on the tables waiting to be cleaned. The staff seem disinterested and the service is so slow that I just walked out and went to grab a drink across the road at Pound Bakery instead (at a fraction of the price also). On the flip side, the self checkout staff are very pleasent and happy to assist. The store itself inside is also pretty clean and well lit inside. If you don't use the cafe, and also are driving rather than on foot, you can consider this a 4 star review. But the cafe badly lets this store down and needs improvement."

"My daughter had an accident this week (my girls fault) where she fell out if the trolley and banged her head and leg, I just want to say how amazing the staff were, we had 2 lovely ladies assist us with 1st aid, and ice, they were absolute superstars! The manager was also great and I just want to say thankyou, people are always quick to complain but I can't praise the staff enough for being so kind and considerate."
