"1 staff member with 22 people cueing waiting with full trolleys? You think I’ve got time to wait? Saving money on staff!? Well doesn’t save much when I among others abandoned the full trolly shop at the till and walked out…. Now all ur food needs chucking well done Asda! and before you say it! no I don’t have time to walk around the whole shop putting it back"

"Went to buy a gin and the price on the shelf was incorrect. I was just told that £4 more expensive price and that was it didn't even look at the shelf and refused to offer to match the price. Very disappointed in the company Edit item was the Hendricks Neptune gìn as shown in the photo. Edit Edit: this complaint was ignored and price was wrong for over 2 weeks."

"Arrived at tills with reasonably full trolley at about 7.30pm on Monday evening and no tills open, assistant at the till suggested I wait about 5 mins but was largely disinterested. This plus often having no trolleys available means I'll be shopping elsewhere in the future. Got what I needed from Aldi nearby and had forgotten how much cheaper you can buy items there compared to Asda and how much more focused their employees are."

"Free parking for 4hrs, easy access for all - there are ramps, lifts and stairs. The Asda is close to town, so it's easy to access the town too. Situated in a lovely place by the canal, good for walks and lovely cafés, restaurants nearby."
