“So I would like to start this review with a massive thank you to everyone at Wren Properties. Throughout my 18 month stay at the property the service was amazing. The apartment was modern, well-fitted and as soon as I stepped foot in there, it felt like home. The staff at Wren were extremely responsive, if I ever had a problem (washing machine/shower etc) it would be fixed on the day. I really appreciate everything that Wren did for me throughout this very difficult time through the pandemic and will always be grateful. I 100% recommended this estate agents.”

“Went though Ur-Place.com to get into the flat I'm currently in; I have a private landlord who advertised through ur-place. Everything went smoothly and I was kept in the loop throughout the process, even when there were hiccups with the wrong reference form being sent to my previous landlord (human error, everybody makes mistakes!). The issue was identified and rectified same day, with Ur-Place contacting me to tell me what had happened and show the steps they had taken to rectify it. Come to the day to get the keys, they managed to open a slot for me which was not ideal due to working commitments on my side, however they made efforts to fit me in, whilst also making sure I understood the meters, boiler, had the correct information etc. All in all it was a very smooth process and I would recommend them!”

“Great team Always sorting things out, like transfer of pharmacy registration, prescribed items no longer available in certain sizes, providing extra meds for holidays Visited a number of times during the pandemic and despite the tough times, the restricted access, they are serving with a smile. Another 5 stars for the team here, who looked at my 5 year old's rash and sent me next door to the medical practice, which is not a walk in centre. 10 minutes later we had a prescription and my child is doing much better.”

“I was given a freestanding graft punching bag as a gift,that I actually really wanted, I unpacked it a year later, as I was moving house and needed to make room, it came with the wrong base wasn't sure if graft now would replace it because it had been at least a year, but to my surprise they said that they would replace it for the next day at no cost!!! and true to their word parcel force delivered the next afternoon, Excellent service, quality product, friendly staff, Brilliant company I would highly recommend, ps and they arranged collection for incorrect base at my convenience. I could not ask for more!!!”
