"It's not only about WREN wanting to claim someone's deposit in a fraudulent way as many reviewers have said. I reported a water leak from the top floor in October 2021. Despite several reminders and informing them of health issues we had due to moulds and waste water from top floor, they refused to do repairs until in March 2022. I wrote initially about my sad experience with these people. They replied with lies and deceits. Why don't you like honest reviews about your terrible service? This is what most people say about your company. It's not only one person. Once again, I urge tenants to avoid your awful service."

"Rented with Wren for the last 4 years and never had such a positive private rental experience. Aside from the flat being in the most fabulous liverpool location communication from all the staff is second to none and nothing is ever too much trouble. We have now moved out and assistance with the moving out process was fabulous and made the whole process a lot less stressful!"

"I rented a 1 bed property on the liverpool waterfront site, overall good experience. Rent was competitively priced for the area and having somebody on site Mon-Fri was excellent. Any work or repairs got done very quickly. The building itself was a little on the old side, lacks modern soundproofing and thermal insulation, as a result it could get noisy and expensive to heat at times, but again Wren were quick to act on what they could and replaced all of the windows for thick double glazed PVC. Overall for the age, very good quality and surprisingly spacious."

"So I would like to start this review with a massive thank you to everyone at Wren Properties. Throughout my 18 month stay at the property the service was amazing. The apartment was modern, well-fitted and as soon as I stepped foot in there, it felt like home. The staff at Wren were extremely responsive, if I ever had a problem (washing machine/shower etc) it would be fixed on the day. I really appreciate everything that Wren did for me throughout this very difficult time through the pandemic and will always be grateful. I 100% recommended this estate agents."
