"Very satisfied. It took around 20 minutes for my call to be answered, but was pleased to be offered an appointment on the same day. The Doctor was very personable and addressed all my concerns. My one complaint was that I had to wait almost 50 minutes to see the Doctor, she did explain that the system had crashed and she was struggling to access any medical data, which clearly was out of her hands."
