S2Physiotherapy and Sports injury Clinic
● Closed“Manjunath is a miracle worker! I have been experiencing pain in my right shoulder for months. Had been to another physio with no success. In just one visit with Manjunath, he reduced the pain and I experienced much more, pain free, movement in my shoulder. He is thorough, explained everything to me about my problem and knew exactly where to work and how to work on it. Cannot recommend him and his team highly enough!!!”

Chews Health - Altrincham
● Closed“I saw Richard Saxton for a chronic pain in my achillies. 2 visits, with massage and exercises: clear concise instruction, both written and verbal to do at home were realistic & adapted for my ability - I now no longer require pain relief & can walk the dogs pain free & even manage a few hills. A follow up call to review my progress was also appreciated. The clinic was clean & well equipped. Would highly recommend.”

The Golf School Manchester
● Closed“Richard has been helping me with my game for the past month and I have already seen a vast improvement in my swing that has resulted in me shooting a personal best score of 77. I would highly recommend Richard's teaching to others as it uses data driven analysis to highlight areas to improve. Additionally the ability to be able to practice on the Trackman and get feedback from the data it provides to ensure you're appropriately focusing on improving the right areas is invaluable. Thanks Richard for your support and help, I look forward to continuing to work with you going forward to improve my game.”

Clinic Equilibrium - Pilates Studio
● Closed“9 weeks ago, I first went to meet Lindsey to have an assessment on my back and try my first Pilates session. As I bloke, I always thought that Pilates was not really a “man thing” to do but having exhausted everything else to ease my sciatica I thought “why not give it a try?” I joined the mat class with Jenny, as well as having 1-2-1s with Lindsey, and the first week I struggled to properly engage my core and glutes and I had no idea where was pelvic floor was, let alone how to activate it. I was constantly having to put my hand down to stop myself from falling over. Week 4, I noticed the tingling sensation I had had in my left foot for 18 months had stopped! My back felt a bit better supported and I realised how much I was enjoying the sessions. My steadying hand was required less and less. Now, after 9 weeks of work, I can honestly say Pilates is the best thing I’ve done in years. I’ve lost some weight, my stomach is tighter, my legs stronger and I’ve stopped worrying so much about my back “going again”. Lindsey, Jenny and the team are so patient, take time to make sure you are in the right position to be safe and get the most out of each session. The pace is great for beginners or the more experienced. Pilates has made me feel better, in body and mind, than I ever thought possible. I cannot thank Lindsey and Jenny enough for their patience, skill, advice and for showing me that I could do it.”
