Back pains have gone however these pains have started to come back since going back to gym, so looking to book another appointment with this brother. Fully recommend :)”

“I was recommended Chris Bramah (Extra Mile Health) by my running coach. Prior to Chris’s treatment I had suffered constantly with hypermobility syndrome. This was made worse by running - which I loved. I was in constant pain every day and found day to day tasks challenging. I went to Chris as a last resort, in the hope that I could live relatively pain free. What I did not expect was that after a few months of treatment/working alongside Chris in the gym, I would to be back running and running better than before! One of the qualities of Chris that sets him above any physiotherapists I have previously seen is his ability to solve extremely complex injuries. He puts it into terms that are easy to understand, and he will take you through the biomechanics. It’s clear that Chris is passionate about his job and cares about the individuals he treats. I attend appointments with Chris regularly. This can be a mixture of treatment or gym work, all of which have been valuable in keeping me pain free. I have had a personalised strength and conditioning plan put together ensuring I’m keeping my body strong. I always look forward to my appointments with Chris as it’s an opportunity to learn, improve and adapt.”

“Manjunath is a miracle worker! I have been experiencing pain in my right shoulder for months. Had been to another physio with no success. In just one visit with Manjunath, he reduced the pain and I experienced much more, pain free, movement in my shoulder. He is thorough, explained everything to me about my problem and knew exactly where to work and how to work on it. Cannot recommend him and his team highly enough!!!”

I would highly recommend Richard's teaching to others as it uses data driven analysis to highlight areas to improve. “After starting in the Gym with a PT I started getting sciatica on top of my fibromyalgia symptoms and after one session was feeling so much better. I've since had another session and Honestly don't think my body has felt this good for years. “Love this place, proper old school gym, good old fashioned equipment and lots of it too, never had to wait for a machine etc as there are so many of them, the boxing room at the back is well equipped with 6 hanging bags and loads of other equipment and yes the plaster may be coming off the walls but it adds to the character of the gym! No nonsense place! The people that use the gym are very friendly as are the staff too.”

“Visited to use the pool. Changing rooms and pool as clean and sparking as the day they opened. Lady on the front desk very helpful. Showers also clean and you can control the water temperature but shower heads seem to limit the water flow and don’t give an even spread.”

“Home of the mighty bullets. The school has toilets and snack vending machine. There is a corner shop across the road. The hallowed turf is a 3G pitch which has a paved viewing area (no swampy grass getting you feet wet through here). And if you can catch LL Bullets U14s playing you be treated to a great game of football. Go Bullets!!”
