“Been with this practice for over 30 years. Dr Patel spotted a rare condition in my father that potentially saved his life. He also took immediate action for my mum which gave her an extra 19 years. He supported mums mental health after losing my sister. He has supported me medically through two children and various minor ailments and mentally through a marriage breakdown and work related stress. He also supported me with paperwork and a medical for fostering. Receptionists are obviously busy but always polite and helpful. I've never had a problem getting an appointment especially for urgent matters.”

“Shocking. I have previously left a good review because of Dr Hannan who is a brilliant doctor and this review has nothing to do with them. I went to my doctor 7 months ago about symptoms I have been experiencing which I have been worried about. I can’t remember exactly how long I waited for that appointment but I think it was about 6 weeks, I had a blood test and got results quickly. I had to have another blood test 3 months after. When I rang to book it the waiting time was 6 weeks. I’ve had to wait over 2 weeks for the results after the blood test and that’s because I had to contact them. Every time I phone I get told to phone back tomorrow. I have tried 5 or 6 times now. No one picks up on the line to call through to get results so I have to pick the appointments option and getting through is terrible. I’ve been with this surgery all my life but I am now going to change.”

“I would have given more stars if that was possible! I received superb treatment from Dafydd Rees today. I was in acute pain and had already seen another physio yesterday which didn't help. Dafydd very quickly understood the issue and the treatment he gave me was like magic. I am a lot better now (and that is only after one session!) Thanks a lot Dafydd! “Dr Ahmed has never failed to deliver. Recently a friend suggested I try elsewhere as it was much nearer to me and was slightly less money. I made the mistake of doing this and regretted it immediately. I like a natural look and left with a very shiny and hard to move forehead. I have now returned to Dr A and confessed to this! I realise that there is a definite art to this and Dr A knows exactly what he is doing. He listens and makes sure the client gets exactly what they want.
