"They run out of caramel, plus cream melt quickly. Plus, there was a rude customer, and he was sitting far from the table and didn't give me a chance to go across.."
"Nice enough coffee and hot chocolate. It cost us just over £13 for 3 regular drinks. Drivethru can be a little slow at times. Sometimes if there's a queue of cars, it's quicker to park up and go in."
"White hot chocolates were neither chocolatey or hot. Just warm milk. Very poor . Americano with oat milk arrived black and we had to go back to get some actual milk in it. Nowhere near good enough at the prices they charge . Slow service and none of the staff appeared particularly enthusiastic or helpful. A very poor experience."
"This costa coffee is situated off a busy main road. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. There’s also a drive through which is convenient. Visited 10:30 on a Monday and no que for either drive through or in store. Staff relatively friendly. Guy on the till could have been more welcoming but he processed the order quickly so no issues. Coffee and food ordered was nice"
