“The hotel could do with some updating however there are no real complaints with my stay. Ample room in the car park, the cooked breakfast was made to order with no restrictions on quantities and the staff were beyond helpful, friendly and accommodating. Check-in is normally 3pm however I needed the room sooner due to a wedding and they were happy to accommodate us. Would stay again if i needed somewhere to rest after a night out.”

“We have used the pet boarding for our two guinea pigs several times and would never use anyone else. Tanya is amazing with the animals and they are looked after exceptionally well. The extra services are also great as the piggies usually come back smelling and looking fab!”

“Visited the store to look for curtains (didn't have the size in-store for the style I wanted) and to have some lunch at the cafe, ordered a toasted tea cake (they're massive I only had half, it was enough), a banoffe muffin and of course a hot chocolate, which was all absolutely delicious. The £1 cake with any main offer meant 3 teas, a hot chocolate, two soups, a toasted tea cake and 3 cakes came to just £22!! Brilliant. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful.”

We even used his cabinet spraying service to achieve the exact colour we wanted. He’s a great guy to work with, honest and trustworthy, providing excellent customer service and invaluable advice throughout. His craftmanship is flawless and attention to detail meticulous. “This is one of the better reviewed hotels around the vicinity of Manchester Airport. There's another Premier Inn across the road (North), and this is South. That was the main reason we chose to stay here, despite it not being the cheapest. The room allocated to us was very spacious, with lots of space for us to reorganise our 4 suitcases, as we flew on from one country, and were flying out to another, the following day. We had our own car, so had to pay for overnight parking, which was £10. Some of the other hotels are charging £25! Check-in was quick and efficient. Bed was comfortable, and shower was strong and hot. Couldn't have asked for anything more. We didn't have any meals at the hotel, so we are not able to comment on that. Overall, it was a very comfortable room to stay in. We will definitely stay here again if we have an early flight out.”

“Stopped on the way on holiday and the room, restaurant and service was all good. Booked a last minute night returning due to a very delayed flight, and again got a good rate and good service. The cherry on the top was a surprise bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. Not expected at all and such a lovely gesture. ☺️”

“We first had Keller Kitchens install a kitchen for us 25 years ago and when we recently moved house, it was still in excellent working order. On moving we needed a new kitchen and without hesitation we chose Keller for the job. Geoff and Danil in the shop are a pleasure to work with and gave great advice and help to design our kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble, both Geoff and Danil visited us several times both to design and during the installation process. The date to install was set and on that date Andy arrived to start working. The existing units ( though not Keller) were carefully dismantled and very thoughtfully installed into and existing utility room. This took some quite ingenious work on Andy’s part and the result was impressive. At the outset, Danil provided a complete work schedule for the whole installation which set dates for every element. All the tradesmen commissioned by Keller as past of the install ( gas, electrics, plasters) arrived on schedule, did excellent work and left no mess. Andy worked tirelessly at installing the kitchen, often staying late to complete a task. Part way through the installation, we had a change of mind and requested a different sink unit after it had been delivered. Danil didn’t hesitate at the request and the different sink was delivered within 24 hours. We also decided to replace an existing dishwasher very late on a Saturday afternoon, this was delivered by Geoff himself first thing Monday morning. The kitchen is now fully installed and we are very happy with the results. The quality of the units is excellent and certainly represent value for money. Would we recommend Geoff, Danil and Keller Kitchens? Without hesitation if you want an excellent kitchen installed by a very professional team. Many thanks Geoff, Danil and Andy”

“Booked a room for one night and parking whilst away on holiday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the process could not have been easier. The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making, nice fluffy towels and piping hot shower with on site restaurant for extra convenience. Taxi to and from airport included in the price, which was cheaper than airport parking alone. We went away knowing my car was secure, having heard horror stories of cars being used whilst owners on holiday. Can highly recommend and will definitely be using again, Thank you to all the staff you're a credit to the company.”

“The host Barry couldn’t have been more welcoming. I had booked a single room but was upgraded to a double room which was lovely and very large. I was pleasantly surprised at the lovely deep bath and a really large TV. The hotel is being renovated so the upstairs area is not yet completed but it has so much potential. The Bar is beautiful and has a lovely terrace which is very popular. The price was very very reasonable. I would really recommend it. As a single female I felt very safe”
