“I can not recommend this guy highly enough. I found him originally by Googling him, and thought he looked reliable, and have found him to be extremely so. The first time I rang him a few months ago: I needed an emergency plumber. John was tied up at the time, but recommended someone else who came and got the job done. Yesterday, I again needed an emergency plumber for a different problem and luckily John was free and was round before I was expecting him. He came round really quickly. He completed the job I needed and also did a couple of small plumbing jobs I’d been putting off, extremely satisfactorily. Every time I’ve phoned John or contacted him via email etc, he has answered the phone or responded to my email very promptly. I’m really impressed. Thanks for being a “life saver”, John. Best wishes! “Fabulous, fabulous food, nice staff, WAY better than the ridiculous dire Altrincham Market. I left the Tender Cow (TC) in the Market after a disgusting meal and found this brilliant cafe. Tender Cow has No customer care, just a very bad attitude, my steak was swimming in sauce. Other restaurants would and do welcome feedback. It's how they stay open. No one wants 27 tonnes of sauce, you had to find the steak. Way too much sauce, no standards before food sent out. It could have been cardboard, you couldn't taste the meat, which made it pointless. At Altrincham Market silly prices you hope they had some skills? I took back the food to Tender Cow to offer feedback, and they couldn't care. Zero care. They just said ok. And ignored us....No refund, no replacement. In Lisbon we sent back a steak for a similar issue and the owner's came out to thank us, to adapt, to keep customers. A free replacement, and we return lots to that restaurant.”

Meeting Mandy and having a look round whilst we decided what we wanted was like meeting a close friend we hadn't seen for years - she is extremely accommodating. and infectiously nice. The next stage was the design process which involved Rachel visiting our home and doing a quick assessment and more thorough details on. our wish lists. We later met her in the shop for a coffee and presentation - we were blown away with what she had produced. “We first had Keller Kitchens install a kitchen for us 25 years ago and when we recently moved house, it was still in excellent working order. On moving we needed a new kitchen and without hesitation we chose Keller for the job. Geoff and Danil in the shop are a pleasure to work with and gave great advice and help to design our kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble, both Geoff and Danil visited us several times both to design and during the installation process. The date to install was set and on that date Andy arrived to start working. The existing units ( though not Keller) were carefully dismantled and very thoughtfully installed into and existing utility room. This took some quite ingenious work on Andy’s part and the result was impressive. At the outset, Danil provided a complete work schedule for the whole installation which set dates for every element. All the tradesmen commissioned by Keller as past of the install ( gas, electrics, plasters) arrived on schedule, did excellent work and left no mess. Andy worked tirelessly at installing the kitchen, often staying late to complete a task. Part way through the installation, we had a change of mind and requested a different sink unit after it had been delivered. Danil didn’t hesitate at the request and the different sink was delivered within 24 hours. We also decided to replace an existing dishwasher very late on a Saturday afternoon, this was delivered by Geoff himself first thing Monday morning. The kitchen is now fully installed and we are very happy with the results. The quality of the units is excellent and certainly represent value for money. Would we recommend Geoff, Danil and Keller Kitchens? Without hesitation if you want an excellent kitchen installed by a very professional team. Many thanks Geoff, Danil and Andy”

A+ February 2019 - Martin moved a ready built shed to another location in our garden, painted it and repaired the roof. He cut new panes of Perspex and re-glazed our small summer house and painted it. Again, a totally professional service and we have asked him to carry out further work for us.”
