“We were in the area and booked last minute for Sunday lunch. We were recieved with a warm welcome, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The Sunday menu has a fabulous options from a variety cuisines. The food was excellent, a 10/10 per course. I will definitely return. Thank you.”

“Date of visit: December 2021 Came here for birthday celebrations I had the chicken kebab which was delicious and tender. The kebabs don't come with salad or carb sides so need to order separately. It's bring your own alcohol. Not perfectly wheelchair accessible but managed to get a space onto the table without much fuss over the step. Staff were lovely. Nice decor. Book in advance at busy times.”

“My wife, daughter and myself have just visited Jins for dinner. We are all amazed with how good the food tasted. The service and ambiance were also fantastic. On the walk home, we all agreed this was by far he nicest meal we had eaten in a long time. As soon as we walked through the door, we were made to feel welcome and this continued throughout our visit, followed up with some unbelievably tasty food. Would highly recommend and will be visiting a little more often.”

“We had the most amazing bacon & egg butties this week. The service was excellent, the staff welcoming and the pub itself is clean and cosy. We took our dog with us and she was made very welcome and enjoyed the biscuits they gave her! Would highly recommend and will be visiting to try the Sunday lunch now!”

“Had a meeting and lunch here. The meeting room was very spacious, the tech all worked and there are plenty of plugs. Tea and coffee provided, along with some biscuits. Staff very helpful throughout. The lunch was nice too, not too pricey for quality food, had the seabass, calories printed on the menus which is very helpful. Pint of MPA on cask was in perfect condition!”

“I had a work conference at this place. Beautiful building and very open grounds. Room was nice and modern but I heard they have some older looking ones too. Staff were helpful, friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. A bit pricey but I'd probably go again.”

“We just had a 3 day , 2 night family gathering here for 12 people and 4 dogs. We received exceptional treatment, nothing was too much trouble. We all had afternoon teas which were absolutely amazing, and we had lovely evening meals too. The rooms were all lovely and clean, and the hotel had a really nice atmosphere. The staff (in particular Sean & Loraine.) Have wonderful customer service skills, and make you feel very special. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, its A true hidden gem.”

“Kira is an absolute delight. We were greeted by incredibly attentive staff who looked after us from start to finish, special mention to the Mixologist /Bartender who is going to be a fantastically dangerous addition to Bollington! The food is wonderful, the perfect balance of complex and exciting dishes to really stretch your palette and some recognisable favourites. All the food is impeccably cooked, nothing we ordered had been sat there waiting it was all fresh and cooked to order which is no mean feat in a busy restaurant. Some of the dishes are wonderfully spicy, a real treat for anyone who loves authentic heat in their Indian food, not overpowering at all and lots of milder options available. We loved the fusion between East & West in the menu and we also loved the introduction to more regional textures and flavours that you really don't get in British/Asian restaurants. I highly recommend the deserts for a taste of Indian cuisine that you wont have tried before. A brilliant evening both my children loved as much as the adults. Thanks for having us!”

““Utterly Gorgeous” - great menu, strong flavours presented with exquisite perfection. We take of our hats to a great young waitress “Alysson” who was really on the ball, eyes everywhere, ready to pre-empt the needs of her diners! We were very impressed. Pity the managers present didn’t show the same attention to their guests & were noticeably absent for most of the evening until a special guest arrived & they both showed keeness to impress. Sad that they might have been trying to impress the wrong guest!! The duck was lovely, the plaice was minimalistic at best and though tasty failed to satisfy. It was good to visit a restaurant experienced in the handling & drinking of champagne. Their prices were not extortionate & it was good to be served the bubbles into champagne flutes. Note to management: champagne pours better into chilled glasses...ours were hot-to-touch!!”

“Lovely place, having its own separate entrance, spacious room, very comfortable bed, clean and cosy, nice and quiet location. 5min walk from the village. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night as we attended a wedding but we enjoyed our stay very much.”
