It was a very simple choice also after being made to feel welcome to visit anytime we wanted without an appointment. “nice hotel in lovely grounds plenty of walks the hotel is dog friendly we didn't have a dog with us but a friend we met there did. all the staff were friendly and helpful the room was clean and well-equipped breakfast was amazing and we made use of the spa that was attached to hotel and enjoyed a swim. It's in a great location and we will return in 2023”
