“My husband and I were looking for someone to help us with our daughter who was displaying signs of selective mutism along with some other anxiety and behavioural challenges. I got in touch with CAYP and was very quickly matched with Dr Holly Hadfield who has experience and expertise in this field and age range. I was able to have a conversation with Dr Holly before committing to anything and I found that very useful. We had some sessions over Zoom which, for my husband and I, was very helpful as we could both attend (whilst the children were sleeping). During the sessions we felt like we were really able to get our worries/ my daughters challenges across and our concerns were listened to intently. We have received some really good advice which has resulted it a very smooth school transition for our daughter. What my husband and I perhaps found most helpful was a professional telling us that lots of the things we were already doing were great and to carry on with those, along with some new techniques and ideas to try. Each time we find an issue either cutting him bald so that he doesn’t look like a springer anymore with no whiskers to some that made him look patchy. Hot Doggy done a fantastic job with him making him look like a prime specimen of a dog. His coat is even. His ears are blended in and de-knotted. He’s so happy and chilled. Thank you. “I took part in the TPA piercing course in Manchester this past weekend and my overall experience was incredible. I originally had booked to participate down in London, however due to behind the scenes issues, it meant that the course would change to Manchester. At first I was worried and felt very anxious, however Sammy (admin) went above and beyond to ease every single worry that I had, even to the extent of rebooking my hotel for me as the one I'd paid for originally was non refundable. He didn't just leave it at that, he even called me on the evening of day 1 (whilst he was at the airport) to double check I had arrived okay and was settled. Again, going above and beyond with their customer care. Anyway, I travelled up and arrived at the salon and then met the teacher, Sunny, and 9 other participants all taking the course. The two day course was intense, but packed with incredible and helpful information. The first day was theory, and in depth information regarding all key health and safety aspects, including business set up, cross contamination, hygiene, infection controll/prevention/spread, and of course all aspects of piercing. The second day saw practical work; first on fake skin and then on live models. Regardless of how anxious we were or how much we lacked in confidence, by the end of the weekend we were all competent and had learnt so much knowledge. No question was too big or too small or insignificant, we were all treated fairly with respect and all round wholesomeness. Sunny was an incredible teacher, and dedicated his time to all of us, and still does now. The teaching and support didn't stop when we walked out of the door having passed our exams and passed the course. Not only have we made life long friends with the others on the course, but we have a life long mentor too. The owner, Alan was just as professional, he and Sunny were a really well paired ying and yang, that made the work easy to understand and absorb. TPA has created an incredible course where you feel suppprted, encouraged, cared for and listened to in a very warm, relaxed environment. By far, this is one of the best things I have ever done and I am so glad that I chose this company to start my career with From start to finish, the customer and pupil care has been second to none. Thank you again, to Sammy, Sunny and Alan for their time and dedication to us all, their encouragement and support has meant that I now have the confidence to be successful. Recommend to everybody, this is a phenomenal experience.”

“My rear window wiper fell off / someone stole it. I had bought two separate vipers to try and replace myself but no matter what I did it wasn’t working. I asked family to help me with it who couldn’t do it because the bolts were all rusted. I brought my car in and the kind gentleman started repairing it straight away. He spent nearly 30 minutes happily and kindly repairing it because the viper and bolt was directly attached to the glass of my car and was all rusted so it needed to be done gently. In the end, he replaced it successfully and he didn’t even charge me for this. He fixed my car whilst I had parked it outside in the rain so I am extremely grateful for the help on such short notice and would’ve been happy to pay for this service. Thus, I am leaving a fitting five star review. Lovely garage with even lovelier people in it. Thank you”
