I got wonderful advice and treatment from Jayme and his team and now I have a smile to be very proud of and often get compliments about my teeth . Jayme took an awful lot of care to get the colour match of my new crown absolutely perfect and also made other recommendations to make my an overall improvement to my smile. “I just can't recommend YOR Dental enough... I booked in for a free consultation & the rest is history! I'm a very anxious patient & I have had a lot of problems with previous dentists meaning I was looking for a dental practice that could solve all my issues in the same place. After my consultation I needed extensive work including root canal treatment, Invisalign, bonding, etc. The team helped me work out what I could do to get the perfect smile from start to finish all in one place. “Honestly from the moment I stepped foot into this Clinic to the minute I left I was treated extremely well. Thank you to all staff Dr Matt, Nina, Amy and Helena who have dealt with my dental care! My teeth are wedding ready and definitely worth every penny. All staff take very good care of you and thoroughly explain the treatment that you go through. Nina dealt with my dental hygiene and really taught me how I needed to take care of my gums, demonstrated brushing techniques, flossing equipment and cleared all the calc bacteria on my teeth. She kept the patient at ease at all times and kept asking if I was ok or needed a break and spoke to me in a really lovely manner. Thank you very much Nina! “I recently attended for an emergency appointment having not seen a dentist for over 4 years and having had a phobia since childhood and suffering from PTSD. I cannot fault my experience there, from the lovely ladies on reception, to Amy the dentist and her assistants, the level of care, compassion and understanding of my needs has been exceptional. I am now registered with her and have been speedily referred to an oral surgeon for some of the work and we have a plan to move forward and sort the rest of my teeth too! My phobia is far from cured but this is the first positive experience with a dentist in a long time, hence the review!”

“I had always wanted to improve the look of my teeth. A few years before I’d already done Invisalign braces, which worked initially but I didn’t realise that I’d have to wear the retainers for the rest of my days. Unfortunately I didn’t wear them, so they went wonky again. My decision to go down the route of veneers was not one I took lightly. After a lot of research I knew I was making the right decision with Dr Joe Oliver. He is an absolute subject matter expert in the area of cosmetic dentistry with over 25+ years experience. This instantly reassured me, knowing that this all he focuses on day in day out ! My initial call with the wonderful Kerstie both put me at ease but most importantly gave me the confidence to proceed with the £85 consultation. I was excited when I left the initial visit with Dr Oliver with a picture of how it could look. We discussed all options, but I knew that veneers were the way forward for me. I was even more pleased that it wasn’t as many initial teeth as I thought ! The procedure wasn’t as painful as I expected. I’ll be honest, it took some time, a lot of noise but no real pain !!! The outcome was a set of temporaries that gave a great impression of what was to come. I wish I had known then how much better the final veneers were going to be ! They are one set vs separate veneers that you get at the final stage. The great thing is this gives you time to work out what you like, or what you’d like to tweak, and then you discuss what colour you want your final veneers to be. Dr Oliver was really accessible by phone / email to discuss any amends. The final veneers were such a move forward from the temporaries and looked fantastic. It’s not like braces where you have time to adjust so be prepared for the big reveal in one go. Amazing !! I have been really impressed with the post care. Dr Oliver ensured that any adjustments that were required were dealt with as soon as possible, and I’ve always managed to see him in Manchester or London. I could not be more delighted with my new smile, especially when people don’t notice because it’s so natural, or when they do and I eagerly show them the before and after pictures!
