"I’ve been a patient of Windsor Dental for over 50 years, recently I’ve received totally pain free specialist treatment trying to save a rather complex tooth, unfortunately this has failed and now needs to be removed. Today totally to my surprise I’ve received a phone call telling me that I am to be refunded 1/2 the amount of the cost of the above treatment. Thank you very much Windsor Dental you have really made my week, keep up the good work. Merry Christmas and best wishes to you all for the New Year"

"I recently had three fillings and an extraction with the surgery. These appointments were on 21/10/22 & 31/10/22 both at 11:20am. I wanted to pass on what a positive experience I had. I say this, as I avoided the dentist for over 10 years following a long standing phobia. However, the dentist (who I believe was called Elizabeth) and her assistant were both absolutely fantastic with me. Both were so kind, caring, patient and spent time explaining every singe step of the procedures in an effort to alleviate my anxieties. I can honestly say, the outstanding treatment I had under the care of these two clinicians has dramatically reduced my fear of further dental work. Should I need any more dental treatment again in the future, l would not hesitate to book again. Both clinicians are a credit to surgery.
