“I have been using Sunny Bank for the last six years now, the staff are friendly and helpful and their charges very reasonable, last week at my MOT I had a headlight out it turned out to be a bad connection but difficult to get to which extended my MOT time an extra 15 to 20 mins , to repair my light in order to give me a pass for my MOT. I was pleased to see there was no extra time charged only the cost of the MOT it was a good will gesture on their part. “I’ve been struggling to get a decent suit for a wedding. I found this place on the internet, and visited the store. The guy knew exactly what he was about , measured me and the first suit fitted perfectly, in the colour I wanted. There’s loads of other items I like from jeans to Hawaiian shirts, all at a sensible prices, but most importantly they are proper good sizes. The suit pants were a bit long so Chatleys are altering them free of charge. Definitely will return , for both formal work and casual attire .”

“Had 4 brand new Pirelli P zero run flat tyres fitted on to my car by Quick Lane a couple of days ago had some insurance issues. Rang them up yesterday morning and spoke to a staff member there who put me through to a manager called Duncan, lovely gentleman easy to speak to. Explained the situation to him, he said he will look in to it and ring me back and when he did he asked no questions, no ifs and no buts. Just said I shall order 4 brand new Pirelli P Zeros the ones you would like as soon as I get off the phone and you can bring it in the morning and I’ll have it sorted for you. Went there this morning told me a ramp will be free in half an hour and will take a further hour to put them on. Came back after an hour after going to get some breakfast the car was done. Checked it over with me, thanked Duncan and off I went. Duncan managed the situation with the highest level of professionalism and he is a really nice guy. I will be going there again all because of the way I was treated, the service the whole team had provided and how the situation was dealt with.”
