"Lost my booking because I was poorly! I emailed in the morning as couldn't get hold of anyone in the salon. Spoke to the manager today to re-arrange but he tried to charge £50 more and refused to re-book me in. Because I purchased through Group-on he had a horrible cold attitude and point blank refused to budge on his ridiculous 48 hour cancellation rule and asked me to send proof from my GP that i was poorly!!! - AVOID"
