“It's a beautiful place to visit with a boating lake, aviaries, play areas for big kids and little kids and some lovely short walks. Not to mention bowling tennis football and a cafe. It's also got a train and ice-cream in summer. It's just unfortunate that the botanical house has died a death ( shame on you shameside!)”

This venue in particular is really well situated by lots of amenities and away from the busier locations such as Trafford Centre and the Arndale. You can’t go wrong with a double bacon cheese burger and a milkshake! Delicious every time and I have to say, worth the price tag for the amount of fries you get alone and what ever they do to their bacon…magic”

“My car battery was slightly loose and so my car conked out in the middle of Ashton Old Road! The Hazard lights wouldn't even turn on! THANKFULLY a Halfords member of staff came out and helped push the car into the Halfords car park. He tightened the battery within minutes and sent me on my way. An absolute LIFE SAVER”

“I went for my two covid jabs here. The whole set up was well organized. The volunteers were very helpful and made sure all was safe. They took u temperature and when u had the jab they made sure all was ok.”

“What a brilliant place to have a party for younger children. Jo and all the team were fantastic! The party food was great and went down a treat, all kids favourites from chicken nuggets, pizza, fish fingers, fries and more with ice cream for afters. “I have always loved this restaurant. All of the staff are lovely and very attentive. It was my mums birthday today and we went to Bella italia tonight for her birthday meal. All of the food we ordered was absolutely delicious. We had a waiter called Jack and he is my favourite waiter - so polite and presentable and will go the extra mile to make your meal so special !! First time I was not very impressed as was looking like products used were quite aggressive and left my dog al itchy for a few days, but this time after speaking to the staff all went perfectly. Doggy came home very happy as like been to the spa and smelling like heaven”

“Wow, these guys are the best!!, 10 out of 10 for the work done. The timing chain snapped on my Mini Countryman, had an N47 chain, and after being let down badly by the main dealer, someone recommended these guys to me and I'm so pleased they did. I rang and spoke to Dave and explained the situation, then had the vehicle recovered to them, they kept me updated with pictures and video of the damage and work required, they did all this in less than a week. I drove the vehicle home to North Wales and it drove better than before. REALLY pleased with the work done and will continue to use this firm for further services, well worth the 1hr 30 mins to get to them. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends with BMWs and a Mini Paceman and will continue to do so. Thanks guys you made my year!! :-) I'm so glad I made that call.”

“I have had tattoos before, and was a bit nervous about having another as I'm not trendy or young... I needn't have worried. The staff and artists at Heart For Art were incredible. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable straight away, which you don't find at every studio. Bogdan is a genius. He listened to my ideas and didn't mind when we were still tweaking the design on the morning of the appointment. The eight hour session was relaxed and friendly (and not very painful) which I'm sure was due to the people being great). I love the portrait of my daughter; Bogdan captured her expression beautifully. I'd recommend everyone to go to Heart For Art, and Bogdan, but then I wouldn't be able to get an appointment!! Luckily I'm already booked in for my next session. See you soon!”

“Tumbles is pretty much the only soft play centre we go to. Our 2 year old daughter loves it and is so excited when we pull up in the car park. The staff are really friendly and recognise us every time. Food and drinks are good and the menu is varied. Love getting a bacon muffin on an early Sunday morning! Staff keep a close eye on the apparatus and everything is really clean. There's lots for the kids to do, and capacity numbers are such that it doesn't get overrun/unsafe unlike other soft play centres we have visited. We'll be back again very soon, no doubt! :)”
